John Georgopoulos

John Georgopoulos is the Founder and Creative Director of Georgopoulos Design Environments. John formed GDE after being struck by the reality of his work and passion. He is a creator, a visionary and his focus is ever changing. His recent line of business takes the form of two distinct areas. While they are both unique, there is definite convergence between the two. Digital Environments is a realm that the past 15 years of digital, interactive work represents. Interior Environments is a new business enterprise for John. However, while reflecting on his past work, he realized that part of his work has always included creating interior design. John created these environments during photo shoots for record covers and toy packaging in the 80s, the Disney exhibit in Argentina in the 90s, and the design of his own home in Pasadena, CA in the 2000s. Since this epiphany in 2007, John has successfully launched GDE’s business plan and vision, welcoming new clients, new ideas, and new technology, all with green inspiration.
