Short Bio

Raised near Sacramento California, Bret pursued a career in film, and mastered the art of cinematography and all aspects of production.
Bret’s, nearly thirty year, career has given him experience in almost every aspect of film, video and post production, from the office to the set. He has worked with and learned from some of the most talented people in the industry. His career spans feature films, ("Ride") episodic TV (Swamp Thing), national commercial spots, and "reality" TV ("Amazing Race 14").
Among His skills as a cinematographer, he is an accomplished STEADICAM, Crane, Jimmy Jib and camera operator. Working with and having extensive knowledge in HD, 16mm & 35mm film and video formats. He also posses photographic skills in macro,/micro, aerial, and still photography.
Bret is a member of the exclusive SOCIETY OF OPERATING CAMERAMEN (S.O.C.)
