Gerry Lane Plus
Gerry Lane is a singer/songwriter/guitarist whose music is based in the style of Swamp Blues / Chicago Blues / Blues rock and Soul.
Originally from West Cork in Southern Ireland, Gerry has been living and working in Gran Canaria, since 1993.
During his career he has worked, recorded and toured with a lot of big names in the music business:-
Noel Redding: (Jimi Hendrix Experience),
Cozy Powell : (Rainbow/Whitesnake/Black Sabbath),
Gary Moore, Rory Gallagher…… to name but a few.
He had two of his songs: “I Wanna Hear You Shout” and “Cryin’”
placed on Cozy Powell’s album “The Drums Are Back”.
He also sang and played guitar on the CD.
Other musicians on the album were: Brian May (Queen),
Jon Lord (Deep Purple), Steve Lukather (Toto), Billy Sheehan (Mr. Big) etc.
Gerry’s new album “Meloneras Blues” (The Album) was released on December the 5th and can be bought at cdbaby.com / gerrylane.net iTunes,Amazon.com etc.
Ohhhh.....I also love videography and photography....keeps me sane!!
