Born in Taranto, South of Italy, on 1983. He works as a director and screenwriter between France and Italy, currently in residence at Cité des Arts in Paris. In 2011 he received a post-graduate diploma in France at Le Fresnoy, with a special jury mention for the quality of cinema work. Between 2008 and 2009 he was artistic director of the Palestinian public television AQTV and teacher of screenwriting and editing for the Bethlehem cinema school Dar Al-Kalima. In 2008 he graduated MA in Cinema, Television and Multimedia Production in Italy at the University of Bologna. His short films have been selected in several international festivals including Oberhausen, Clermont-Ferrand, Tampere, Festival du Nouveau Cinéma in Montréal, Indielisboa, Dubai, Winterthur, Belo Horizonte. He won many awards, among them the Prize of Best Shortfilm at the Torino Film Festival and the Students Award at Festival Premiers Plans d'Angers.
