Hi,

My name is Gigi Faraci Harris and I am a Documentary film maker and video producer here in the Chicagoland area. Schaumburg is my base. I was the founder of the Happiness club, a not for profit. where kids from the inner city of Chicago and the suburbs write their own music and dance. They sing out against gang violence and drug abuse and promote positive values. Not for me is a video I produced with the kids has been used in the Chicago public Schools as part of Character education. Kids listen to kids. I was also one of the co founders of Child's Play touring theatre, An adult company of actors that perform Stories and poems and plays written entirely by children.

I also teach children documentary film making.

I am married to a wonderful singer songwriter Jerry Harris. I come from a entertainment family. My sister is Mary Jo Faraci, an incredible actress and voice over talent and human being. My Father is an artist and my mother is a wonderful blues singer 80 years young going on 30.
