Hi, I'm experiencing a strange issue with the mobile version/ of this video (also seems to affect all other video on our account too): http://vimeo.com/31722481 embedded here (using universal embed code): http://goramandvincent.com/stream/post/cibse-knowledge-portal-film This video: * Plays fine in a desktop browser, with both the Flash and the HTML5 player, and whether viewed embedded or on vimeo.com * Plays on an iPhone 4 on the vimeo mobile site, but *not when embedded*. When embedded thumbnail shows, and when this is tapped an ajax loading gif appears for a few seconds then disappears. No video loads. * Does not play on an iPad 2 whether embedded or on vimeo.com. No thumbnail shown, you just just an empty white space * On both iPhone + iPad the video will play in couch mode. (all tested on multiple iOS 5.0.1 devices) Additional info: * We are a pro member * We have "Make mobile-compatible versions of my videos." turned on globally * The direct mobile video URL (from "use your own player") works fine: http://player.vimeo.com/external/31722481.mobile.mp4?[session_id] * We have tried re-uploading the video but this doesn't seem to have made a difference. It seems as if a mobile version has been successful created and works when accessed directly (eg in couch mode on the mobile site), but for some reason both the universal embed and vimeo.com aren't serving up html5 to clients that don't support flash. I have no idea whether this is actually possible, or whether there is something else entirely going on - any ideas?
