The full service company was founded in 2001 by two college friends and filmmakers, Mark Serao and Chris Vaglio and is located in the New Jersey suburb of Rockaway Borough. Grey Sky Films has also worked on numerous music projects for artists such as Sting, Train, Tony Bennett, and Paula Cole and Harry Connick Jr., and Chris Botti. They also were hired for the Pink Floyd Reunion at Live 8.
