Here is a great video, shot by our friends Bill & Sandi Kraft, showing our favorite Defcon Sauces extreme event. It's the 2009 National Championship Wing-Eating Deathmatch that took place at Jungle Jims Weekend of Fire on the weekend of August 1, 2009. The contestants are brave souls who are all fighting for the gorgeous Defcon Sauces trophy, and the ultimate in bragging rights. This annual event has become a fan favorite, and is growing every year. The wings themselves are coated with a secret concoction developed within our genetics engineering labs, and is beyond hot. Watch the faces of the contestants, and you will understand.
