Color Grading

I recently bought the VisionColor Picture style and put it to a test at a birthday party. Nothing special, just random images thrown together with the shortest song I had in my playlist and then color graded in Speedgrade (with various styles and techniques)

I decided to use the "VisionTech" picture style instead of the normal "VisionColor" since it was midday (viscous contrast). So far I'm VERY impressed. In fact, I think it's by far the best picture style I have worked with. I love the skintones and it's such a noiseless picturestyle in comparison with all the other "flats" out there. I'm curious to see how this would grade with 5D Mark III footage with it's i-frame codec because this h.264 codec is nothing more than a fragile piece of glass. Colourful and practical, but fragile.

Oh and happy birthday dear Nelius. Cool Guy!
