This 48 hour film challenge is designed to challenge filmmakers to create a short film (under 2 minutes) in the span of one weekend. The theme of this challenge is "The likes of Philip Bloom". The theme is open to interpretation, but there are a few rules.

1. Films must be submitted by 3:00 pm on Sunday February 3rd.
2. Film production may not start before 6:00pm on Friday February 1st.
3. Films may not be more than 2 minutes long.
