Neo Rhythm Makers

Producer, DJ, Drummer, and Sound Designer DJ SEAP (Nigel Sifantus) brings you this Live Dubstep studio performance. Using a combination of Ableton Live 9, Native Instruments Maschine, and a Roland SPD 30 "Octapad" and external drum triggers, SEAP reverse engineers this track from the ground up. The building blocks of the sound were made in Ableton Live 9 using a combination of plugins including Massive, FM8, Tim Exile's "The Mouth" as well as Sugar Bytes "Wow Filter" and Ohm Force's Ohmicide. The sounds were then Re-sampled into Maschine and made into several sequences in four groups. The sequences were then organsed into "Scenes" which were triggered live while playing a Roland SPD 30 "Octapad" to create all the rhythm parts. The SPD 30 is acting as a usb controller for a custom Ableton Drum Rack. For more info and music visit djseap.com and become a fan at facebook.com/djseap
