This is a timelapse video showing my ongoing progress creating a detailed photorealistic character for the Blending Life contest. This is part one showing the first steps of the facial modeling workflow. I've used the provided 3d.sk reference as a basic starting point for the mesh.
The video is roughly 10 times faster than the original capture. As I'm creating the character I try to capture as much of the process as possible.
