On 4 – 6 November 2011, the first French edition of the "24 Frames 24 Hours" was held at the University of Strasbourg – Visual Arts Department, Palais Universitaire, Strasbourg, France, in association with MINA, New Zealand.
Within two days, several mobile film-makers created a global city film: they captured audio and visual experiences and stories about their cities (Wellington and Strasbourg), in a two minute mobile phone film. This project examines collaborative practices and experimentations in cinematic communication also.
