Following some requests concerning my recent video showing extreme slow motions created with Twixtor Pro I decided to make this tutorial about how to apply Twixtor Pro and especially about how to use Track Points in Twixtor Pro to avoid ugly blending ghosts and artefacts.

I used Premiere Pro CS5 but I think the steps are similar in other video processing software packages like After Effects, Sony Vegas, Final Cut Pro etc.
