This shows the process of vacuforming letters. The letters are designed and sculpted in foam by the students of the 3rd year Graphic Design at the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague, kabk.nl . A nice contrast between high tech materials and very analog results. The molds still need to be cleaned before any casting can happen. The material is Vivak plastic from Bayer, said to be safe for food.
