Testing & result notes:
* Phase 1, Plain coating (Formula 9e), No biocides or anti-fouling agent
* 5 1/2 months of static growth in Tampa Bay
* Power-washed plates were able to be fully cleaned by only [water] spraying
* Scraping plates (intentionally with an old, flimsy putty knife) felt like pushing dried toothpaste crust off of the surface - No damage was done to the coating surface during removal
