I shot this in the spring of 2009 in Lima Peru. Chef Gonzalo Angosto was kind enough to take me out to one of the best lunches of my trip.
I shot this on my HVX200 on SD miniDV tape. I exported it using Quicktime to 720p HD.
I am looking forward to going back to Lima to shoot more webisodes with Gonzalo in 2010.
