did you retime it to 24P? or is it 30P
I can't tell if Vimeo changes the frame rate.

I believe Vimeo now retains the original frame rate. We didn't do any retiming ourselves, this is all 30p, the difference really isn't that noticeable when there isn't a lot of motion in the frame.
Personally I think the need for 24p is overstated (except when producing content for PAL distribution). The visual difference between 24p and 30p is slight compared to the difference between either of those and 60i, which is what produces the dreaded 'video look'. In the end if you combine good lighting & sound with strong actors and a good story the majority of your audience doesn't care (or won't know) if it's 30p or 24p.
