A man runs while a lightning storm brews overhead.
With this film, I wanted to evoke themes of determination, courage and self-discovery as well as observe that tender, sometimes awe-inspiring, relationship between man and nature.
The film's title comes from the penultimate line in Patrick Kavanagh's poem, 'On Raglan Road'. You may also notice the music (performed by Karl Verkade) is a synth-driven ambient guitar rendition of Luke Kelly's song version of the poem.
