Shot on 16mm Film

My graduating film for the April 2013 "Intro to 16mm filmmaking" class at Mono No Aware, Brooklyn.
The short was shot on a 100 ft Kodak Tri-X B&W reversal film. I used a Swiss Bolex, a Snorricam rig and a 10mm T 1.6 Switar macro lens for all the shots. ISO was 200, frame rate 24fps and the shutter speed was 48.

I was inspired by Darren Aronofsky's feature film Pi, who used a Bolex with black & white reversal film for his directing debut as well. He also shot similar POV scenes with a Snorricam. youtube.com/watch?v=hdcKcmQESzY
