Heidi Klum produced a behind the scenes 30 minute fashion special for her 140 page photo spread in German Vogue (This version is cut to 11 minutes). Sugarcamp was hired to direct, shoot and create an edit that would be posted on a dozen websites all over the world. The first location was in the desert outside LA at an old movie set from the 1950’s. The next location was downtown LA with an 80’s theme followed by Rodeo Dr and haute couture. We ended the project with a final shoot off of Mulholland Drive. Entitled "LA Confidential", Sugarcamp mixed this amazing HD footage of behind the scenes with Heidi, her funny one liners, interview/sound bites of new photographers and styling crews flying in every couple of days, and humorous situations that kept popping up during the shoot. Heidi made it so easy with her keen sense of humor, intelligent choices and absolute beauty. Seal provided Sugarcamp with over 20 soundtracks, further making it a project to remember. Sugarcamp is very proud of this creation. German Vogue flipped for the video as well and the magazine sold out in 2 days… the first time ever!
