The Labor Day fires of 2011 destroyed homes and other property in Bastrop County, but not the spirit that makes the county special. Capturing the history of the fires in Bastrop County is important, so with this special group we invite you to share your videos and personal accounts of the wildfires.

Everyone is welcome to contribute to this documentary project by uploading videos related to the Bastrop County wildfire. Photos and personal anecdotes also are welcome and can be uploaded to our Facebook page at facebook.com/BastropCoWildfireHistoricalProject.

2) We encourage video submissions, but reserve the right to remove content that:

• appears profane, abusive, defamatory, threatening, racist or obscene;
• violates any law or regulation;
• infringes any intellectual property rights of any person or entity;
• appears to be spam;
• is false or misleading in any manner; or
• presents a conflict of interest or incites a conflict of interest.
