Blue Reels
Blue Reels is a project where Forth Valley Festival blues musicians and local Tassie filmmakers work together to produce video clips.
The tiny village of Forth (population 368) swells to over 5000 people each March when the festival is on. The 14th festival in 2011 aims to feature only the very best Tasmanian blues musicians. ABC Open will work with filmmakers to create music videos with 2 of these acts, capturing the grassroots blues scene happening in Tasmania. The music videos will be published across the ABC Open and Local websites. The filmmakers will also receive free tickets to the 2011
