Survey conducted by JAXA (Japan's equivalent of NASA) in 2101. Gas velocities are at their peak at this point, making for a breathtaking view with great blossoms of transparent gas that expose Hinoumi's famous sea of fire.

It is anticipated that a chemical compound recently developed in JAXA labs will contain the combustion to the equatorial regions of Hinoumi and help put a terraforming project in the works beginning in 2110. The chemical can be synthetically reproduced on board the space lab and a logistics fleet is en route to the planet to begin this venture.

To answer a question I was asked: Not only is the planet not real (as far as I know), but it's not really the 22nd century, either. :) ]
