Welcome to FILMTOOLS: The HOWTO group.


The purpose of this group is to collect as many practical tips and "build your own" HOWTO videos as possible. Got any clever contraptions or found a clever way of fixing a problem?
Did you record all this wisdom in a video? Share it with us!

Please only share videos that show us how you made the FILMTOOLS or instruction on HOWTO get certain computer effects or techniques.

What we are looking for is videos that show a STEP by STEP HOWTO guide and explain how they where made to operate.

After the HOWTO guide feel free to add examples of what you can achieve with the FILMTOOL, but make sure the whole build process is included before that.

We LOVE films and cool videos, but the purpose of this group is to collect as many practical tips as possible, not the end results.

So we love to see stuff like how to build a 35MM adapter, stabilizer, tracks, jibs, cranes, dollies, anything fun and off course how to make the best on set coffee. How to get great post effects done or picture profiles for your camera!

Please post suggestions, questions, tips and tricks in the forum! And check out the videos, we got some very useful stuff in here thanks to all the vimeo members who made it happen!
