Between january 21st and 24th, the conditions were perfect for a spectacular display of aurora borealis in north-western Norway. We usually don't get that many chances to see the northern lights at these latitudes. The last time I remember seeing them here was in 2007, so my 3 friends and I decided to go out and look for them.
Thanks to all the people at dynamicperception.com for their stage zero dolly and all the knowlegable users over at the timescapes.org forum ( forum.timescapes.org/phpBB3/index.php ) for sharing their experiences with timelapsing.
And especially my friends Smyczka & Kostas... If you weren't here, I would never have climbed all those mountains. Hope to see you again soon.
