Mushrooms Tinned Tomatoes
Garlic Cottage Cheese
Onions Salt, Pepper, Chili Powder
Capsicums Fresh Basil
Turn on the oven (200 degrees)
Slice the mushrooms and fry them in olive oil.
Add some garlic, onion and capsicum and stir.
Add the tinned tomatoes and bring to a boil.
Add the Cottage cheese and some pepper, salt, chili powder and fresh basil.
Layer sauce and lasagna in a cooking tray. Add a layer of sliced tomatoes and finish with a layer of cheese.
Put in Oven for 30 minutes or until ready
Add taco spices and jalapeños to your lasagna for a taco lasagna. Serve it with nachos, salad and some sour cream. Really good! Or swap the lasagna or some eggplant/aubergine for a low GI meal. Delicious!
