During our recent stay in England, my husband and I visited Tyneham in Dorset. We were curious about the stories we had heard of a village abandoned in 1943 by villagers who never returned. Because the area is an active military firing range, it is only open on weekends and holidays. What kind of a state was the village in 70 years later? What we hadn't expected was the sheer beauty of the place. I hope I have captured some of this in this film.
