    It needs to be an official music video, needs to have some level of involvement in its shooting & video editing (not be just a single shot of a band playing music, for example), and it must be shot with an HV camera. You need to make these things clear in the description of your video. So when you upload it here, preferably in 720p HD, you add the tags "HV20" or "HV30" and "HD", and then I find it myself as I watch these tags, and then I add the video here.
