Deadline for Submissions: 5th of August 2009
Awards:
* Free NET World Open Movie Award (the best film award)
* Special audience award
* most technically innovative film award
* the best script award
We would like to invite filmmakers from around the world to submit films:
Fiction: drama and comedy, documentary, shorts, music video, animations and experimental
To be eligible the films must be:
* produced after the 1st of January 2006;
* less than 30 minutes in length;
* subtitled in the English language, unless the dialog is in English;
Theme: open theme
Entry Procedure: The entry forms with all required information with copy of film have to be sent to us until 5th of August.2009. There are no limits for number of films that people will submit!
Video preview formats: HDV, DV, mini DV, DVD...
The screening copy of the film that must be made available to the festival can be in the following formats, in PAL: HDV, DVCAM, miniDV, DVD;
Selection and Notification: As we expect to receive several hundred submissions we regret that we can only write to the selected filmmakers. If you have not heard from us by 15st of August 2009 please assume that you have not been successful this time.
Costs: The applicant is responsible for the costs of sending copy!
