The Illawarra Sound Profile Project

A region can be defined as much by sound as landscape. The Illawarra Sound Profile project will collect audio from the ranges to the sea, tracing a geographical path and building a portrait of our region. Contributors will also be interviewed, talking about the captured sounds, and their relation to the featured locations. We'll hear from dingo trackers, water catchment researchers, Landcare groups, local artists, dairy farmers and more. And we'd love to hear the sounds of your favourite place.
