ABC3 is a new Australian digital channel for kids 6 - 14 yrs old.

Whilst working for TACTIC, Sydney, I had the privilege of being involved in developing and designing the ABC3 brand and working on the design and production of the core brand, channel package, various on and off air elements as well as a number of the IDs.

The IDs were real kids stories and the concept was to visually adapt their real stories across a variety of motion mediums. 24 IDs were produced altogether and we drew upon a varied group of skilled designers and motion artists to interpret them. These ones were the IDs I worked on directly.

This particular ID was shot to appeal to the older demographic (12 - 16). I wanted it to resemble a Nike commercial but using the teens as talent. Shot on the RED camera by Director of Photography, Simon Chapman.
