LMO have just recorded Klaus Badelt’s music for 30 Degrees Couleur – a new French film.

Klaus Badelt wrote for a 30 piece LMO string group comprising 10 first violins, 8 seconds, 6 violas, 4 cello and 2 double basses with the addition of LMO principal Sally Heath, who recorded piano solos with the strings.

LMO was led by Philippa Ibbotson and conducted by Andy Brown and the sessions took place at Abbey Road studio 1.

Jake Jackson was the engineer and the session was co produced by Klaus Badelt and Andrew Raiher.

30 Degrees Couleur was recently released.
