                          The M4 Competition is FREE to enter. Filming must be done with a mobile device such as a cell phone, mp3 player, or tablet. Participants must be residents or students in North Carolina to enter.

                          DEADLINE EXTENDED!!
                          Submissions will be accepted from March 1-30, 2012. Submissions must be received no later than midnight on March 30.
                          In view of the deadline extension, those who have submitted films may choose to use the additional time to re-edit and submit again by the new deadline.

                          Finalists will be selected in April and notified via their Vimeo account. All finalist entries will be screened at SECCA during the M4 reception on May 3, 2012. Competition winners will be announced at the reception and their films will be screened at Winston-Salem’s a/perture Cinema.
