After returning home from a tour of duty in the Vietnam War, Anthony is still living its horrors. Word of his sister's arrest at the 1968 DNC police riot wakes him from his recurring nightmare. When Jane confronts their father, a Chicago cop, over his violence, Anthony questions his own past.
What follows is a trip through time to the protests and solidarity against NATO's wars in 2012.
