Render test for a short trailer I am making. Test to see how the cloth and motion capture work together.
Credit to Nathan Jones for the biped mesh, armor and skin texture. I modeled the shield and sword, rigged the character, textured everything apart from the skin.
Marvelous designer was used for the cloth sim, first time using the software but certainly not the last! very easy to use and quick sims. Captured the motion myself, cleaned using Vicon Blade and retargeted in motion builder. I wanted to keep as much of the original data as possible, so I didn't filter the data, which is why its a bit noisy especially on the sword and shield. This has been altered for future shots using animation layers.
