Multimatograf Festival / Фестиваль Мультиматограф

The group of Annual Open International Festival of Multimedia Art “Multimatograf” (Russia) showcases the works of its participants and gathers around a community of talented artists and quite a bunch of art works.

Festival nominations:
1. Cartoon
2. Video art
3. Music video
4. Wild (for those cool weird works which don’t fit in the other three:)

“Multimatograf” is a non-commercial festival and we invite creators from everywhere to share a message with the world using multimedia technologies and send their creations.

The works may be realized in absolutely different genres – 2D, 3D animation, plasticine, Paint, whatever… We don’t pay much attention to the technical parameters of the work (of course, it must be at least not irritating to watch :). What we want to see (and have seen a lot and hope to see even more) is the idea, creative approach, deep message! So if you got something interesting and want your work to find its viewers – welcome to the festival! It doesn’t matter how weird or insane your work can be, it always has its audience. That’s our principle.

“Multimatograf-7” was held on April 23-24, 2011. The lists of the winners of all the 7 conducted festivals can be found on our vimeo forum vimeo.com/groups/multimatograf/forums.

The 8th festival will take place next year. We will let you know about it (of course if you join this vimeo group). Good luck!
