Petrolheads

We had our 27th annual Fall Meet this past Sunday, even though the weather wasn’t the greatest. The reason we went ahead with our event, was that though we had a Rain Date, usually, the turnout isn’t all that great, and either way we figured we’d take a beating in terms of turnout, so why not just get it over with. The total vehicle participation was 20 vehicles, which while not a stellar number, for us, it wasn’t the worst we’ve had, and we all still had a good time. There were several notable vehicles among our crowd, such as a ‘Lil Red Express Truck’, a exceptionally clean 1972 Dodge Demon, a gorgeous 1955 Imperial, a 1969 Plymouth Road Runner, a 1967 GTX, a 1969 AMC Hurst Scrambler, and a 1971 Plymouth Road Runner.

We Barbequed, checked out each other’s vehicles, a couple of Members acted as proxies for our Trophy Sponsors, and around 2:30 the Awards were given out.
