Il Ballo sul Tamburo is a journey into the magic and passion of Tammurriata, an ancient drumming ritual and form of storytelling that is still practised in the towns and villages throughout the region of Napoli. This tradition represents a connection with antique Mediterranean civilizations and expresses itself through a magic combination of percussion, voice and dance.
