Please join us in an ongoing experiment about nostalgia, reimagined. ReVisions is a collaborative project about preserving memories dearest to us by remaking them in a myriad of creative forms. Our memories are shaped most by the very documents that try to preserve them. A wedding video, for instance, over time becomes the memory itself. Please join us in an ongoing experiment about nostalgia, reimagined. ReVisions is a collaborative project about preserving memories dearest to us by remaking them in a myriad of creative forms. Our memories are shaped most by the very documents that try to preserve them. A wedding video, for instance, over time becomes the memory itself. We begin to remember events by the way a videographer or photographer framed it, from their angle, with their lens. And so, take this as an opportunity to frame and preserve those memories most important to you by recreating them YOUR way. In turn, they'll become a new version, or vision of the past: a ReVision.

Each video memory is called a "ReVision." Make one and share it with us!

FIRST STEP = pick an influential memory. Good, bad, emotional, fun, inspiring, whatever you want. Use this as an opportunity to be as cathartic as you wish.

SECOND STEP = reenact the memory in any way you can imagine. Play all the parts yourself or hire actors. Make the memory into a series of drawings, make it into a puppet play. Make it into a short film or record it with your webcam. Whatever you decide, just make sure you record it all on video.

THIRD STEP = you may want to provide a vlog-style introduction to the memory to explain what it is and why you chose it. Up to you. Once completed, upload the entire ReVision to this group page!

As the experiment progresses - we'll continually adapt and restructure the process and the outlet for where these ReVisions will be seen by yourselves and the world.
