“Travel With Us” is a visual poem told through a compilation of documentary footage captured in urban and rural Thailand by The SOLD Project team in order to raise awareness for their work to prevent child prostitution.

The SOLD Project’s Freedom Center is a holistic education program designed to prevent child exploitation and empower communities for long-term change. We focus on keeping children out of Thailand’s infamous sex industry by keeping them in school through educational scholarships, and provide additional support (mentorship, awareness programs, and other resources) to them and their families through a community Resource Center.

The FREEDOM Project is located in the poverty-stricken villages of northern Thailand that are known as high-risk areas and sources for children who fall into prostitution. Children in these areas are often forced to drop out of school and sent to the city to work. Without proper education, their options are few and they are easily lured into the sex industry.

Your purchase of a signed and numbered FREEDOM Series print helps us in breaking that cycle for good—one child, one family, one community at a time. Our hope is that your visual acts as a constant reminder of the potential for individuals to have an impact greater than themselves.
