Comet PanSTARRS was viewed from Antelope Pass, NM on the evening of March 13, 2013. This time lapse sequence was shot as the comet set over the Chiricahua Mountains in Arizona. The photos where taken with a Nikon D300 and Nikkor 18-200 VR zoom lens at 200mm. All exposures were 4 seconds at F/5.6 (ISO 1600) with a 1 second gap between exposures. The sequence was edited in Photoshop and assembled into a movie using QuickTime Pro.
