Shimmering Effect

Anyone know what causes this shimmering effect on my Powershot SX1 is I have just posted in the last week. There was strong tungsten and flourescent lights at the time. It's not present on outdoor footage. It's there on the original file played back in the camera before any post production. A 16Gb Transcend card was used. Many thanks. The link vimeo.com/7044152

I've Seen that on some of my footage, It is probably due to the light frequency emitted by the bulbs, the CMOS refresh rate doesn't handle it well

Just a guess, doubt its fixable

Thanks Kilimats for the comment. I thought it might be a fault in the camera system, but it looks like it is perhaps, as you suggest, down to the processor. That's a pity, but its only minor, as the occasions lights react like this, are very rare. On special shoots like this I always record the sound track separately on a Zoom H2 sound recorder at this link... normans.co.uk/p-1434-zoom-h2-handheld-field-recorder.aspx?CAWELAID=211889698 whereby you can insert additional images to accompany the sound track lost through problem footage. See you.
