Winter setting of Orion. 234 15s frames taken with my new Canon EOS 5D MkII with a 16mm lens.
I made this sequence to test a new very slow motion zoom and pan technique. The zoom and pan in this video have been made on a 80 minutes period.
Very cold night (-17C or 0F) but the camera performed flawlessly.
