The Cutting Room Challenge is the world's first stock footage editing competition. Contestants recieve a free collection of HD video clips and use them to create a video on a given topic. The winner will receive an 16GB Apple iPad. This competition's theme is "PEOPLE IN NEED" based on the clips found in USM's PEOPLE IN NEED collection.
