Some footage from the first night of Waves in Chelmsford. The area we're using is outside County Hall, in a modest square that doesn't usually have any significance for passers-by other than as a route from A to B. By filling the square with a reactive light installation, we're hoping to transform the way that people see the space, and the way in which they interact with other people in that space.
