"Visionary Cities" is an international moving image competition in collaboration with the Whitechapel Gallery, Vimeo, FilmDirecting4Women.
The winner will be announced on Friday 17th at Alpha-ville Festival.
Big thank you to everyone who submitted and didnt make it here, some of the work submitted was excellent.
