It's the third edition of the CicloNotturna and this year it was for sure the hardest one!!!
118 km covered in 8 hours and 45 minutes at an average speed of 13.5 km/h (more or less), 18 cycletraveller, 18 lights in the cold night, 18 great adventurers!!!
We started from Milan and reached Adda river, then along a narrow path which turned into mud and passed the wooden (and pending) bridge. The most difficult part is gone and it's the right time to eat and drink!!! Wine, sausages and the raspadura, a typical way of Lodi to serve grana, which consists in cut it into thin sheets and that gave the name to our adventure!!!
It was a quarter to four when we arrived in the square of Lodi, from here to Piazza della Scala in Milan there are 60 km, someone is the tired but the strength of the group is incredible.
We saw the sunrise and entering the city we listen to the silence of a winter sunday morning, a photo in front of the famous theater and a croissant plus cappuccino to end this amazing night!!!
Wow, the toughest CicloNotturna, the longest one and maybe the most beautiful, great company for an experience that remains in your mind for a long time, it's the charm of the CicloNotturna and you can't do nothing!!!
