This video account serves two purposes. First, it lets me connect with family and friends (which is always fun). But it is also an important vehicle of communication to my ministry leaders who need to hear from me consistently. This allows for me to get important information out there, explain issues, and keep contact on things that don't require face-to-face communication. However this is in no way a replacement of those important face-to-face conversations.
