The TOS have been discussed here on the forum before and among other I have not been happy about some details. Months ago Vimeo said that they are looking into it. I just noticed that the TOS has been updated on October 30, so I will have to see what has changed.

The photo quality is also pretty bad. I only keep this camera because of its small size and sometimes use it for timelaps recordings. I wonder what this says about the quality of other Panasonic cameras.
